Founded in Abu Dhabi
ALSUWEIDI begins as an architectural engineering practice built on integrity, technical competence and accountability.
Expanding across the UAE
The practice grows into Al Ain and Dubai, while MEP engineering is brought in-house, an early step toward today’s integrated model.
Enabling development
Municipality earthworks and infrastructure projects help prepare land for development and connect growing communities.
Transportation engineering established
ALSUWEIDI is first prequalified as a transportation engineering consultant, extending its capabilities into traffic, access, roads and supporting infrastructure.
Sustainability embedded in the practice
Professional sustainability qualifications expand across key disciplines, integrating Estidama, LEED and related expertise into project delivery.
Jordan office established

Mohamed Abdulla Mohamed Saleh Alsuwaidi
Co-founder of ALSUWEIDI, Eng. Mohamed Alsuwaidi has guided the firm since 1988. His earlier leadership roles in Abu Dhabi’s municipal, town planning and housing authorities bring a deep understanding of the city, its institutions and its development, experience that continues to inform the firm today.

Co-founder and CEO, Eng. Maysara Diab has led ALSUWEIDI’s operations and professional development since 1988. More than four decades of engineering and business experience have shaped his emphasis on technical competence, professional integrity and the continuous development of the firm’s people and capabilities.

Anas leads ALSUWEIDI’s strategy, operations and continued development, with a focus on strengthening teams, building new capabilities and improving how the firm works. He has led major initiatives in digital transformation, business development and organisational improvement while expanding the firm’s ability to address increasingly complex projects.
